Ingredients 5 tablespoons Sideaway Peanut Powder
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lite seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 inch knob of fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or by whisking until smooth.
Serve as a dip with spring rolls, chicken satay, or on cooked noodles.
