Snickerdoodles

With Sideaway almond flour as the main ingredient, there's no need to feel guilty for indulging in these amazing cookies!

PREP TIME COOK TIME TOTAL TIME MAKES

Ingredients 1-1/2 cups Sideaway Foods Almond Flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. baking soda

3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, separated

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract

2 tbsp. white sugar


Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Mix together sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon-set aside.

  2. Whisk Sideaway Foods Almond Flour, salt, baking soda, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.

  3. Roll dough into 1-½ inch balls, then toss in the cinnamon-sugar to coat completely. Place on a cookie sheet and press lightly to flatten.

  4. Bake for 11 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the sheet for 10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
