Pecan-Encrusted Chicken Tenders

Who feels like chicken tonight? Well we've got you covered. Take your tenders up a notch with Sideaway pecan flour!

Ingredients 3 chicken breasts, cut into 4 strips

2 eggs

1 cup Sideaway Foods Pecan Flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning



Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk. In another bowl, combine Sideaway Foods Pecan Flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

  3. One at a time, coat the chicken in the eggs, then the flour, completely coating each piece. Set on a baking sheet. Repeat.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip the tenders over and bake for 15 more minutes. Serve hot.
