A delicious new twist on an old favorite.
PREP TIME COOK TIME TOTAL TIME MAKES

Ingredients 2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 cup Sideaway pecan flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 lbs chicken tenders
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Combine corn flakes and pecan flour, set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip each tender into eggs, then roll in pecan/corn flake mixture until fully coated.
Place on baking sheet and mist lightly with avocado or olive oil spray. Bake 20-22 minutes or until cooked through.
