Chocolate Almond Chia Pudding

A delicious pudding featuring Sideaway Chia Seeds

Ingredients 1 cup non-dairy milk 1/4 cup Sideaway Foods Chia Seeds 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons almond butter 1-1/2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to thicken.

  3. After the pudding sets, remove from the refrigerator and pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Top with chia seeds, fresh berries, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, almonds, or anything else you’d like!
